Early on, Burrow had been able to create a staged retargeting breakdown to build more targeted campaigns. However, they were limited to creating audiences based on and optimizing for discrete events they could track (i.e. add to cart, purchase, etc.). Burrow needed a way to utilize more of their first party data, beyond these discrete events, to more accurately identify their best potential customers and further refine their targeted audiences.

To accomplish this, Burrow installed Black Crow AI’s machine learning platform for e-commerce. Now, Burrow is able to leverage over 450 inputs in real-time for every site visitor on every page view to predict how likely they are to purchase. These predictions turned into highly targeted marketing audiences Burrow could use in Facebook and other channels.

Black Crow AI enabled Burrow to leverage their own first party data to hyper-target their ads instead of relying on Facebook’s audiences or algorithm by going broad.
