Intro
As a fast-growing, digitally native brand, Vegamour and its agency partner Sometimes Curly are constantly looking for ways to squeeze more efficiency out of their paid media spend. While their ad creative was high-performing, they recognized a massive opportunity to optimize the "missing link" of the funnel: the post-click experience. By partnering with Black Crow AI, Vegamour set out to transform static landing pages into high-converting, personalized storefronts.
The Challenge
Traffic was primarily being sent to two places: collection pages featuring an assortment of their best sellers or top categories, and product details pages (PDPs) for their hero products like their prestige hair serum. While these pages were functional, they weren't optimized for the specific narrative of the ads. Furthermore, the team lacked the engineering bandwidth to manually build and split-test dozens of different landing page variations. They needed a way to rapidly test, learn, and iterate on the post-click journey without slowing down their internal development roadmap.
Our Strategy
The process wasn't just "set it and forget it." Initially, the first AI-generated storefronts did not outperform the baseline. However, because Black Crow’s platform allows for rapid iteration without coding, the team was able to quickly generate and launch new storefront versions based on real-time performance data. Over the course of the trial, Black Crow and Vegamour’s agency partner collaborated to find the "winning" layouts—post-click experiences that perfectly mirrored the ad's intent and reduced friction for the shopper. By the end of the 30 days, these optimized storefronts were significantly outperforming the brand's original pages.
