Sign-up Unit Creative Changes - Attentive

Sign-up Units

Upon creation of a fresh design for your Sign-Up Units (both Mobile and Desktop fullscreen, if applicable), kindly adhere to the following steps:

1. Duplicate your newly created Mobile Fullscreen unit, simply adding "- Black Crow" to the end of the name. 
   Example: If the original name is "Fall 2023 - Mobile Fullscreen," the clone should be named "Fall 2023 - Mobile Full Screen - Black Crow."
   

2. Add a new "show" rule where “user has cookie” of "black_crow_in_control" with a value of “true”.
   This action will ensure that the unit remains inactive upon activation by Attentive, deferring the triggering responsibility to Black Crow's Machine Learning.
   

3. Activate/Publish the Form (Due to the cookie, the form will not go live until our Black Crow team activates the trigger on our end at the agreed-upon time).
4. If needed, follow the same steps for your Desktop unit.

Journeys

If you created a new Journey in Attentive for the new signup units, please complete the following:

1. Duplicate your newly created journey, simply adding "- Black Crow" to the end of the name. 
   Example: If the original name is "Fall 2023 - Welcome" the clone should be named "Fall 2023 - Welcome - Black Crow."

Upon completion of the above steps, please communicate to your designated Customer Success Manager, conveying the subsequent particulars:

• Desired date and time for the deployment of these modifications.
• Provide the unique IDs associated with the recently duplicated Sign-Up Units. These identifiers are located within the ID column of the signup form dashboard in Attentive, accessible at https://ui.attentivemobile.com/subscribers/sign-up-units.
• Provide the name of the newly created Black Crow Journey that you cloned in the above section.

Black Crow will confirm receipt of your request within one business day. Kindly allow three business days for Black Crow to fulfill this request.
