Sign-up Unit Creative Changes - Klaviyo

Sign-up Forms

Upon creation of a fresh design for your Sign-Up Forms (both Mobile and Desktop fullscreen, if applicable), kindly adhere to the following steps:

1. Duplicate your newly created Mobile Fullscreen form, simply adding "- Black Crow" to the end of the name.
   Example: If the original name is "Fall 2023 - Mobile Fullscreen," the clone should be named "Fall 2023 - Mobile Full Screen - Black Crow."
   

2. Within the form, change the "Targeting & behavior" to “Only show on custom trigger."
   This action will ensure that the unit remains inactive upon activation by Klaviyo, deferring the triggering responsibility to Black Crow's Machine Learning.
   

3. Activate/Publish the Form (Due to the custom trigger, the form will not go live until our Black Crow team activates the trigger on our end at the agreed-upon time).
4. If needed, follow the same steps for your Desktop unit.

Flows

If you created a new Flow in Klaviyo for the new sign-up forms, please complete the following:

1. Duplicate your newly created flow, simply adding "- Black Crow" to the end of the name.
   Example: If the original name is "Fall 2023 - Welcome" the clone should be named "Fall 2023 - Welcome - Black Crow."

Upon completion of the above steps, please communicate to your designated Customer Success Manager, conveying the subsequent particulars:

• Desired date and time for the deployment of these modifications.
• Provide the distinct IDs affiliated with the recently duplicated Sign-Up Forms. These identifiers can be found while editing the overlay through the URL.
  For instance, if the URL is "https://www.klaviyo.com/forms/UvQZrs," the corresponding ID would be "UvQZrs."
• Provide the name of the newly created Black Crow Flow that you cloned in the above section.

Black Crow will confirm receipt of your request within one business day. Kindly allow three business days for Black Crow to fulfill this request.
